Now A Day i am working on IP-PBX
A IP-PBX is Internet Protocol Private Branch Exchange which provide a intranet communicate using just IP
so users can do audio, video, conferencing , group chat , chatting , sharing and many more thing with minimum cost
so now a day many of company are use its own IP-PBX server,,, yes, this is also one kind of server which are responsible to manage Internet Telephony System
so this is basic about IP-PBX
